Posted on: 21 Feb 2019

The Aviation Festival, Asia’s largest commercial aviation event, will be held 27-28 February 2019 at Suntec Convention Centre, Singapore.

Comtrade Group will be present at the exhibition as a Gold Sponsor.

Meet us at booth D08!

This year, the festival will host over 2,000 attendees, 1,000 airline and airport representatives, 150 speakers and 100 exhibition booths.

Voyego will launch a new offering that is focused on improving airlines’ payments systems and UI. Voyego, the travel and mobility department within the Comtrade group, will also be presenting Adnexa – a demand-side, open and customizable digital platform that enables airlines’ ancillary managers to generate additional ancillary revenue by allowing advertisers to place their ads on different airlines’ channels to reach specific passengers. Adnexa was launched last year at the Aviation Festival Asia.

This years’ main stage presentation will be held as part of the Air Retail & Payments Show. We will be represented by Vojin Rakonjac, Head of Payment Solutions at Voyego.  Join us for his presentation on February 27 at 2:10 p.m.

Uplifting Legacy: how airlines can transform payment experience with their current infrastructure

  • Online payments and why airlines are lagging behind other online merchants
  • Understanding passengers’ online purchase behaviour
  • Which real-life challenges do airlines need to solve to deliver a better payment experience for passengers?
  • Uplifting legacy systems and enabling optimum payment experience – is it really that difficult?

Also, on 27 February at 1:00 p.m., Ivan Miletić, UI Architect at Voyego, will speak about an interesting topic – “End of UX: Journey from commodity and depreciation” at the Airline University.
